The repair of photo kiosks is possible for equipment bought at BC label or from other suppliers, whatever quantity of printing or the acquisition date.
Repairing photo kiosks is a punctual intervention that includes:
– A phone call to understand the issue (free)
OR
-Identification of the issue in the workshop (charged, not free)
– Creation of an estimate, an estimate is given
-Intervention after agreement: Repair, cleaning, test of 24 hours
-Return of equipment
Depending on your area, we can ensure repairs directly where you are or in our workshops at our place in the 78 department. Thereafter, your equipment will get back a good flow, a profitability and an efficient quality of printing.
If you don’t find what you are looking for, BC Label is also material seller
The maintenance contract includes annual updates (including software, calendars and other ways of personalization), one to two preventive inspections per year, plus thermal heads cleaning.
Moreover, we plan on proceeding to standard exchanges when needed.
